Payment and Refund Policies

Event Categories and Pricing

Private Party and Corporate Event Contract

• Capacity: 0-850 guests

Additional Fees:

  • Cleaning Fee: $350.00

  • Security Fee: Varies based on the number of guests and the type of event

  • Non-refundable Deposit: $800 (will be applied to the venue's account)

  • Security Deposit (refundable if no damage occurs): $800

  • Reservation Deposit (non-refundable): $800 — applied to the total rental cost.

  • Security Deposit: $800 — refundable if no damage occurs

Wedding and Quinceañera Contract

  • Capacity: 0-850 guests

  • Price: $2800

  • (We can be flexible with the start time upon request.)

  • The event start time can be adjusted with prior approval from the venue.

Sales Tax: All rental rates are subject to Connecticut state sales tax, which will be added to the total cost.


Prices are subject to change. Rates are only guaranteed once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

Payments and Fees

Fiesta Fusion Events and Venue reserves the right to update prices at any time. However, once the deposit is made and the contract is signed, the rate is fixed.

 

  • Private Parties and Corporate Events:

  • Non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of signing.

  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to the event.


Weddings and Quinceañeras:

  • Payment plan available (up to 4 installments).

  • The first payment is due one month after the deposit or depending on the rental date. First payment:______________.

  • The total payment, including the deposit, must be paid 30 days prior to the event.

  • Late payment fee: $100 per week after the due date.

 

Security Deposit: $800 (Refundable if there is no damage).

Valid until May 16, 2026.


Security deposits will be returned within 7 days after the event if there is no damage or breach of contract.

For all contracts signed after May 16, 2026, payment plans may be accepted; however, all balances, including deposits, must be paid in full at least 30 days before the event date.

Non-disputable payments.


The client agrees that all payments made under this contract are for reserved services and cannot be disputed or reversed after the event.

Cancellations and Refunds


Weddings and Quinceañeras:

  • More than 60 days prior: 20% refund of the hall rental + full refund of the cleaning fee.

  • Less than 30 days prior: No refund, except for the cleaning fee.


Private Parties and Corporate Events:

  • More than 30 days prior: 20% refund of the hall rental.

  • Cancellation for breach of contract: The venue reserves the right to cancel the event without a refund if the client violates any of the terms established in this contract.

Venue Inclusions and Additional Costs

 

Venue rental includes:

  • Use of the event space for the agreed-upon hours

  • Five (5) 8-foot rectangular tables (food, gifts, cake, head table)

  • Standard chairs

  • 1 Bartender

  • Tables and chairs for up to __________ guests

Mandatory Security:

Events with more than 150 guests require one male and one female security guard in addition to the staff. 

Additional staff beyond the included staff: $25 per hour per person.

Setup, Cleaning, and Event Schedule.

The venue must be returned within 3 hours of the event's conclusion in the same condition as when it was received:

  • Main Hall clean

  • Stage clean

  • Restrooms clean

  • Trash placed in the container located outside the stage exit

Optional Full Cleaning Service: $350.00

If the client chooses this option, the staff will perform a complete cleaning of the premises. Failure to do so may result in deductions from the security deposit or additional charges.


• The rental period includes setup and cleaning. All decorations, personal items, and vendor equipment must be removed at the end of the rental period.

• If additional assembly or cleanup time is needed, it must be coordinated in advance.


Decoration Restrictions

  • No drilling into the walls.

  • No nails, screws, or permanent fixings.

  • No adhesive tape or materials that may damage surfaces upon removal.

  • Music and Alcohol Limits: The Client must comply with local ordinances regarding music volume and alcohol sales.
