
Terms and Conditions
Event Closing Time.
All music must end by 1:00 AM.
All guests must vacate the premises no later than 1:30 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Vendor Access.
Vendors (DJs, photographers, decorators, etc.) may only enter the premises during the agreed-upon rental period, unless previously authorized in writing by the venue.
Food, Beverages, and Gratuities
Catering:
The venue provides food service upon request, or guests may bring their own food.
Food Service Provider Responsibilities:

Vendors must provide a valid Connecticut state license and insurance.

They are responsible for all cleanup and food waste disposal.

If servers are provided, they are responsible for their own gratuities.

If the client provides their own food, they assume all responsibility for food safety.
Bar Service:

The venue provides licensed bartenders.
-
Larger events may require additional bartenders, with fees based on the number of guests.

Tipping for bartenders is encouraged; guests may handle tips directly.
Drink Policy:

Bringing alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, or bottled water onto the premises is not permitted. For events where drinks will be served.

The client must submit a drink order to the venue in advance in case the desired items are not in stock.

Fiesta Fusion Events and Venue will provide and sell all drinks for the event.

No outside alcohol is permitted. All alcohol must be served by the venue's licensed bartenders.

Responsibility for Alcohol Consumption: The client is responsible for ensuring that no guest under the age of 21 consumes alcohol during the event. Fiesta Fusion Events and Venue reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or violates the venue's policies.

Outside Alcohol Fine: $1,000.

The event may be closed immediately without refund if an alcohol-related violation occurs.
Parking and Guest Compliance.

There is no on-site parking. Guests must park legally in nearby street lots.

The client is responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with all venue rules and local laws.
Guest Conduct.
The client is responsible for the behavior of all their guests. Fiesta Fusion Events and Venue reserves the right to remove from the premises any guest who causes disturbances, fights, dangerous behavior, excessive intoxication, or any violation of the venue rules.
Removal of a guest for safety reasons will not entitle them to a refund or any compensation.
Maximum Venue Capacity
The maximum number of guests allowed may not exceed the capacity established by the building's fire code or by local authorities.
Prohibited Items and Venue Restrictions

Open flames (including candles on tables) are not permitted.

Sparklers, fireworks, and pyrotechnics of any kind are not permitted.

Confetti, rice, and other difficult-to-clean materials are not permitted.

Decorations may not be hung without prior venue approval.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the establishment.

Weapons of any kind (including knives or firearms) are not permitted.
Damage, Liability, and Insurance

The client is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss caused by guests or vendors.

Costs will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

The venue is not responsible for vendor setup, operation, or teardown.

If a food service provider is hired, they must provide a valid Connecticut state license and liability insurance covering food poisoning and other risks.

The venue is not responsible for injuries, lost/stolen items, or damages caused by guests or vendors.

The venue is not responsible for foodborne illnesses caused by external catering services.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold the venue harmless from any claims.
Health and Illness Risks
The client acknowledges that participation in social events carries certain inherent risks of exposure to contagious diseases. By signing this agreement, the client agrees that Fiesta Fusion Events and Venue will not be liable for illnesses or medical conditions that may arise as a result of attending the event, except in cases of proven negligence on the part of the venue.
The client agrees to assume these risks on their own behalf and on behalf of their guests. The client agrees to communicate these conditions to their guests before the event.
Security Incident Protocol

Any altercation or disturbance during the event will be handled by the venue's security personnel.

Security may contact local law enforcement if necessary for the safety of guests and the venue.
Event Interruption for Security Reasons
Fiesta Fusion Events and Venue reserves the right to end or suspend the event without refund if any situation arises that poses a risk to the safety of guests, staff, or the facilities, including fights, riots, dangerous behavior, or violations of the law.
Force Majeure
• Neither party will be liable for cancellations due to uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, the client may reschedule without penalty.
Agreement and Signatures
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms set forth in this contract.
Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
